Godfrey Kaaya Kavuma, the former Buganda Kingdom Deputy Prime Minister has passed on.
Kaaya Kavuma who once served as Managing Director for Buganda owned CBS radio died on Saturday night after a long illness.
The late groomed a good number of Kabaka’s officials including the current Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga who entered the services of the Kingdom at a tender age.
Kaaya Kavuma was the financial controller at the 1st coronation ceremonies in 1993. He was once a minister of state for finance.
At the time of his death he was chairman board of directors at CBS.
