The Uganda National Rugby 7s team has been flagged off to Tunisa ahead of the Africa Men’s 7s tournament set for October 13-14 in Tunis.

Uganda, who are back to back champions will battle it out with Senegal and Ghana in group B. Elsewhere, in other groups, Kenya, Morrocco and Botswana will face off in group A, Zimbabwe, Tunisa and Mauritius are in group C while Madagascar, Namibia and Zambia are in group D.

Uganda has to be among the top two to qualify for the World Cup qualifiers and the HSBC World Rugby 7s circuit.

Groups.

A- Kenya, Morrocco and Botswana

B – Uganda, Senegal and Ghana

C – Zimbabwe, Tunisia and Mauritus

D – Madagascar, Namibia and Zambia.
