The long awaited case where some Ugandans and other organizations were challenging the age limit bill that was passed out in December last year is ready for judgement .

Members of Parliament on 20th December 2017 passed and act to amend article 102 (b) of the Constitution of the Uganda, allowing president Yoweri Museveni to contest for presidency in 2021 if he wanted even after exceeding 75 years of age.
However this issue was challenged in court and judgement will be delivered on the 26th of July this year at 9:30 am at Mbale high court.
All this is contained in the press release by the registrar court of Appeal that was released on Thursday.
