Government has placed a strong warning to all people who are intending to disorganize the forthcoming LC1 elections that its going to put them behind bars.
This was revealed on Monday by the minister for Kampala Beti Namisango Kamya at the Uganda Media Center in her remarks on tomorrows elections.
Kamya said that government security and all administrators are on alert and they shall get whoever shall violate the laws regarding the elections.
“There are troublesome people that are known. But I’ll not expose them. Let them stay warned that government is watching.” said Kamya.
The LC1 elections are slated for 10th of August 2018.
Kamya commended all the outgoing chairmen who have worked tirelessly in-spite the fact that there was no pay.
