Police in Kabale District is hunting for assailants of a a 47 year old man.
The deceased identified as Pakarasio Turyatemba of Kakoma cell, Bugarama parish, Kaharo sub county Kabale district was found on Tuesday dead in a garden of the area local council leader.
Its alleged that the deceased left his home on Sunday June 3 at around 07am for an unknown place but was unseen alive again. On Tuesday 05/06/18 at around 11:00 hours his body was discovered by the area Local council one of Kabimbiri cell who was digging in his garden.
He notified the Police which visited the scene with the doctor who carried out a postmortem on site.
The body had injuries on the head, a sign of violence and was handed over to relatives for burial.
Elly Maate the Kigezi region police spokesperson has confirmed the news, and called out anybody with information that can lead police to arrest perpetrators, to volunteer it. He has advised people to desist from acts of lawlessness.
