High court judge Henrietta Waloyo has directed LDC’s lawyers Fox Odoi together with Ssekikubo’s lawyers Alaka Caleb and Mohamed Mbabazi to go through mediation.

This saw both parties come to an agreement of settling the case outside court until 3rd July where they will have to report back to court with the outcomes of the mediation.

Speaking to the media, the Lwemiyaga M.P Theodore Ssekikubo expressed his grievances saying that there was some other influence outside LDC that intervened to make him miss out on the graduation.

‘’LDC didn’t choose to rectify the problem, to my surprise.’’. He added.

On the 24th/4/2018 Ssekikubo  petitioned to the high court in Kampala to block LDC’s graduation that was slated on 27th/April/2018 citing favoritism of some students who sat for the supplementary and special exams by the institution. However that didn’t happen as the graduation moved on.
