President Museveni does not like being guessed, in fact, it were not for this fact we could share the list of ministers who have been appointed and dropped.
However what we can confirm, the president has finalized the list of cabinet and state ministers which he will release at the time of his liking.
Our sources say the president has dropped big names, including people one thought would never leave his side. He has also appointed firebrands, who he believes will breath fresh air into public service.
Since the reshuffle of the inspector general of police and removal of security minister, the president proved that he does not take security matter for granted. However, he could take time to think through political appointments. Our sources say the president is sure and confident of his appointments.
