Police chief Gen Kale Kayihura has this evening reshuffled two key top positions in police.
AIGP Haruna Isabirye has been transferred from the directorate of welfare and production to head the directorate of human development. AIGP Twinomugisha Lemmy who has been in charge of parliament force takes over from Isabirye as director of welfare and production.
Sources at police say the move is part of Gen Kale’s efforts to put welfare of police officers top of his agenda.
