Both newspapers have been ordered to report on 16 October, 2017 at the CID headquarters in Kibuli.

According to the summons, on Tuesday, daily monitor published a story titled; “Age Limit budget of the legal and parliamentary committee shows that members will spend 700m in 10 days.”

And Red pepper on the other side published a day later an article titled: “MP Magezi bags sh600m for age limit removal,”

“You are therefore in pursuance of the provisions of section 27A of the Police Act (As Amended) required to report before the undersigned at CID Headquarters Kibuli on 16th October, 2017 at 1000hrs in that regard,” the summons reads for both parties,” summons read in parts.
