Police bus transporting incarcerated Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) activists from Nalufenya Police Facility for a court session has been gutted by fire in Mabira.
All the people who were on board have survived and police has been forced to walk with them as they wait for an alternative.
The 56 suspects were arrested on Wednesday in Kyadondo East for allegedly holding unlawful assembly.
