It is only found in Uganda that a person takes full force to water a plant using a watering can when its busy raining cats and dogs.
In this Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo, President Yoweri Museveni will do anything to show Ugandans the rate of seriousness he is exhibiting this 5th presidential term.
The photo of him while watering a plant using a watering can when its heavily raining, has calmed Ugandans on Social media to rest their case because Mzee is more than serious.
Anyone saying our dear president is not working, better go to Kenya and see how unserious President Uhuru Kenyatta is with his SGR project…….
