Court of Appeal on Thursday kicked out two more MPs from parliament representing Persons With Disabilities.
According to the Independent Magazine, the affected MPs are Wilson Norkrach for Northern region and Hood Katuramu for Western Region and they were thrown out on grounds of lack of requisite academic qualifications and bribery of voters respectively.
Justices Remmy Kasule, Elizabeth Musoke and Catherine Bamugemereire concurred with the petitioners Achan Joyce and Dr. Bernard Mayanja that the High Court was wrong to dismiss their election petitions .
The seats are now declared vacant and Court has now ordered the Electoral Commission to organise fresh elections to fill the vacant posts.
