“The day I nearly lost my life at the hands of ruthless policemen and hoodlums commanded by Mr. Bakaleke Siraje. It was at Kawempe ku ttaano where Dr. Besigye and I had convened a lawful rally. I wonder whether Mr. Bakaleke is currently on katebe!. We shall keep the records,” Lukwago posted on his social media.
