Despite the current troubles City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago is facing at Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) especially sparked off by his number one rival Beti Kamya, the minister for Kampala, Lukwago has not been barred from being innovative and creative.
Put Pioneer and Ewakula enumme busses aside, Lukwago whose empathy for the poor doesn’t faint is set to bring an almost free transport inside and around Kampala.
With this new means of transport, a single ticket will be used by travelers to move for the whole day.
