Brian Bagyenda, a son to the new Internal Security Organisation (ISO) boss Rtd Major Frank Bagyenda Kaka has been charged with the murder of his girlfriend Enid Twijukye.

Brian Bagyenda , a pharmacist and son to the newly appointed Internal Security Organization (ISO) boss Maj Kaka Bagyenda has been charged with murder of his girlfriend.

Hill Water

The 29 year old pharmacist was charged along with his two shamba boys, Innocent Bainomugisha and Vincent at the Nakawa Chief Magistrates court on Wednesday afternoon.

“You are charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 188 and 189 of the Penal Code Act,” read Nakawa Grade One Magistrate Margret Aanyu.

According to State prosecutor, the trio conspired and killed Twijukye on December 4, 2016.

After killing her, Twijukye’s body was dumped in Namanve , a distance of 11km away from Brian’s home in Luzira.

However, Magistrate Aanyu asked the accused not to say anything because they are charged with a capital offence that can only tried by the High Court but advised them to seek for bail if they wish.

The case was adjourned to February 14.
