Buddu county won Buganda Kingdom Masaza Cup on Saturday before a mammoth crowd and the Kabaka of Buganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi.
The finals between Gomba and Buddu at Nelson Mandela Stadium Namboole, ended one all at stoppage time.
The winner had to be determined by penalty shoots which turned out as dramatic as the 90 minutes.
Buddu lifted its first Masaka trophy after shooting 7 penalties against 6 for Gomba.
