Leader of Opposition is grateful for you people of Uganda, especially to Gen Mugisha Muntu who appointed her Leader of Opposition.
Winnie Kiiza who is admired and respected by legislators across the divide for her humility and hard work, went for her first official out the country duty to the US. Winnie arrived in Illinois, the state that made Barack Obama a political star, and had the courtesy of taking a photograph at the airport to share with her fans.

“Dear friends, I arrived safely in Chicago Illinios (Illinois) for the National Coference on State Legislatures,” she shared.

Winnie’s first assignment out of the country as LoP was in West Africa to sell the candidature of Specioza Wandira Kazibwe for the African Union Commission chairperson. She attracted criticism for the national duty. However, she sailed through the storm by sticking to her game and not chasing after critics.

Winnie, we wish you positive deliberations in your Chicago duties.
