Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director Jennifer Musisi has promised revelers who are going to attend the highly anticipated Kampala City Festival that the organizers are going to install a number of condom stalls to cater for those who want to have an extra pleasure in a safe way.

The stout Born Again Christian revealed this while appearing on NBS TV’s Big Deal Show on Thursday evening after being asked if the authority will provide free condoms to revelers who would like to protect themselves.

Musisi said annually they put up condom stalls at the venue and that they are always on high demand.

“Condom stalls are always put in place, even last year they were so many of them and they were fully utilized,” she said.

Meanwhile Tanzania bongo flava star Diamond Platnumz is already in the country and is expected to headline the Kampala city charity concert today at Kololo Independence grounds.

This year’s festival is going to run for three days; from Friday to Sunday.
