On Wednesday, Police through its social media spread fake news alleging that the widow to the slain Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi gave birth to a bouncing baby boy.
Many people especially sympathizers felt so happy thinking that the revealed news was true.
However, police has apologized saying that they have confirmed thay the news about the birth of a new born came too early.
“We have confirmed that the news about the birth of a new born came too early. Andrew Kaweesi’s widow is currently in hospital and is expected to undergo C-section anytime from today,” Police posted on its social media.
“Disregard earlier reports,” It added.
Annet Kaweesi was supposed to undergo a C- section on Wednesday just a day after her husband’s burial but the operation was postponed due to the current displeasing moment the widow is facing apparently.
