The chairman of Kayunga farmers association Godfrey Kakooza has urged to the government to make weather reports earlier before starting this planting season.

The government should help the farmers to quickly predict the weather before the planting season in order to help the farmers know when to plant their crops in kayunga.

Farmers say that planting crops in unpredictable weather leads them to losses because most of the time their crops are destroyed by the drought and heavy rains which causes the farmers to lose money for their capital in the process.
They added that this is going to help them to invest their money in good agricultural business which will benefit both the farmers and the country as well.
