A new list of Resident District Commissioners is likely to be announced on Wednesday, according to reliable sources. After the June announcements were halted due to the confusion in the names of appointments and pending Local Councils elections, Watchdog Uganda has learned that the new list will be out either on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday. This website will not reveal the changes made on the new list due to the sensitivity of the matter but we can authoritatively say, several RDCS have lost their jobs, and new faces joined. From our analysis, we understand that there could been several deliberate discussions on the suitability of RDCS and their political relevancy.
