UPDF Doctors help Delivery of a bouncing baby boy in their initial stage of Tare sita activities.

Doctors from UPDF led by Col Dr Stephen Kusasira and Maj Dr Richard Katungyi helped in the delivery of a baby boy weighting 4Kg born to a 20 yr old Biba Kainza at Budaka hospital. The mother Kainza had obstructed labor because of a big baby with mal-presentation. This was her second pregnancy.

The two Doctors performed a Caeserian section immediately after analysing the condition of the mother . Both mother and baby are well.

In this years Tarehe Sits celebrations the UPDF medical doctors will conduct free medical camps, dental and eye camps with fumigation services in the areas of butalejja, budaka, palisa, kibuku, Tororo, Busia together with participants from EAC member states medical personnel. This is part of the annual celebrations geared towards strengthening the already existing strategic relationshop with wanainchi.
