Former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate Dr Kizza Besigye has vowed never tol return Nakawa Magistrate Court over treason charges until investigations into the matter are done.

While appearing before court today, Besigye told the presiding magistrate that he will not go back to court until state investigations are complete.

“When investigations are done, they can inform me,” he said.

“I will only come back to this court as a prisoner if they choose to arrest me but I will not come back myself,” Besigye added.

However, the magistrate set February 27 as the date when defiant Besigye is expected to return to court.
