Police have received a court order to retrieve phones, computers and tablets belonging to Mukono Municipality MP Betty Nambooze which shall be used in the ongoing murder case of Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga.

The order was passed by Nakawa Court Magistrate Karemani Jamson K in the presence of the State Attorney Ntimba Anne.

Hill Water

Nambooze who was arrested last week is being hospitalized at Kiruddu Hospital following a deteriorating health condition.

The legislator is one of four people who were last Monday put under investigations for their communication on social media before and after the death of Arua municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga and his brother Saidi Butele Kongo.

She is implicated by a video recorded by NTV during the age limit debate.

In the video, Nambooze explained how easy it was to attack Abiriga even with his bodyguards all around him.
