All these related to the recent Kasese clashes where up to 100 civilians and police officers were killed and he was remanded to Luzira prison until 28 December, 2016 meaning he is going to enjoy his Christmas behind bars.
And today, Mumbere has been brought back to Jinja Magistrate Court to be freshly charged along with other 136 suspects following the recent Kasese Clashes which took place last month.
