A case in which 14 people are accused of attacking Kabamba barracks was adjourned until 17th October this month for farther hearing.
The judgement came after state prosecutor, major Raphael Mugisha asked the general court martial chairman,Andrew Gutti for more time to summon the witnesses.
Prosecution states that the 14 suspects and others still at large between September 2013 and May 2014 while in various parts of Kampala,Masaka,Wakiso,Luwero,Mubende and kenya’s capital Nairobi had a plot to overthrow the government of Uganda by force of arms.They did this by failure to disclose the vital information to army authorities of the recruitment of people to engage in activities intended to compromise the security of army forces,with the preparations to attack the armoured warfare training school in Kabamba
