Serena bases NTV has started a search for a female anchor to replace Faridah Nakazibwe who has already quit her job.
Watchdog broke the news over a month ago that Nakazibwe, who got married in Dubai, was quitting NTV and was heading to Mengo based BBS tv where a hefty pay cheque was awaiting her.
Now, NTV management has released a vacancy announcement internally reading:
“NTV Uganda is looking for a young intelligent and smashing News Anchor for the Akawungeezi bulletin. Any leads are very welcome.
Those interested should send a CV and a full-size photo to email@example.com”
Watchdog.co.ug understands that Nakazibwe asked for her annual leave while leaving her station. During the period she did traditional and religious weddings with her fiancee.
Watchdog sources have intimated that the television queen will return to the screen on BBS and therefore she could have issued her resignation letter while on leave.
